Licence

Checkaday is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These terms add the details of Checkaday+ and our content. If they conflict with the standard EULA, the standard EULA prevails.

Free and Checkaday+

All pictures, palettes and templates are free, with up to three boards running at once and one running goal. Checkaday+ adds unlimited boards and goals, a photo for each day, insights and charts, marking today from the Home Screen widget, sharing pictures without the logo and a choice of app icons.

Purchases and subscriptions

• Checkaday+ is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time purchase that does not expire. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
• The yearly plan may include a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase (or when the trial ends).
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or from the App Store. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Checkaday+ stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If Checkaday+ ends, your boards, marks, notes and photos are kept. Features of Checkaday+ lock again and continue where you left off if you subscribe again.

Content

The pictures, templates, texts and the app itself belong to us. Pictures you share from the app are yours to post wherever you like.

Acceptable use

Please do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its pictures, or try to bypass Checkaday+.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
